Terms and Conditions for Free Peaked Promotion:
1. Promotion Period:
- The promotion is valid from 26/04/24 18:00 PM UK time to 28/04/24 11:59 PM UK time, unless otherwise stated by Peaked Apparel.
2. Eligibility:
- The promotion is open to all customers who meet the following criteria:
- Customers must make a purchase on the Peaked Apparel website during the promotion period.
- Customers must spend a minimum of £35 to qualify for one free gift, £60 for two free gifts, £90 for three free gifts, £120 for four free gifts.
- Customers must use the promo code 'FREETHINGS' at the time of purchase to qualify for the promotion.
- One code per customer is permitted.
- The promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discount codes.
3. Free Gift Redemption:
- The number of free gifts is determined based on the total item cost only; shipping costs are not included.
- Free gifts cannot be requested, they are picked at random but will be in the customers size however you can message / email Peaked with your order number and let us know what items you already have so you don't get doubles.
- Free gifts cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
- Free gifts can only be exchanged for a different size if the wrong size was sent by Peaked Apparel.
4. Discount Code Usage:
- Customers will see the discount code 'FREETHINGS' applied to their order with 0% deducted. This is for tracking purposes only.
- The discount code 'FREETHINGS' must be entered at checkout to qualify for the promotion.
- Customers cannot use the 'FREETHINGS' code in conjunction with any other promo codes or discounts.
5. Returns and Exchanges:
- Customers can only exchange items for a different size; refunds are not permitted.
- Peaked Apparel reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the required conditions for exchange.
6. General Conditions:
- Peaked Apparel reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
- The decision of Peaked Apparel regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding.
- By participating in the promotion, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
7. Free Items
- The complimentary mystery gifts included with eligible orders will be randomly chosen based on the size of the customer's other purchased items. These mystery gifts encompass a variety of apparel items such as t-shirts, hoodies, hats, and bags, alongside unreleased products
8. Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
