Peaked Apparel is committed to ensuring the protection of personal information of our staff, customers, clients and users of this website. Our policy is simple; we collect personal information about you only when you knowingly and willingly provide it, and we will not share or otherwise profit from the distribution of personal data beyond the use it was provided to fulfil. 


Q - How long will by order take to be processed & shipped?

A - We aim to have your order dispatched within 2 to 4 working days but please allow some time during peak season.


Q - What if the garment I receive is incorrect?

A - We will accept any garment which hasn't been worn, washed, ironed etc, within 7 days of delivery. Please email us notifying us of the item return.


Q - My Garment doesn't fit me! :'(

A - Don't worry, we've got your back! Just give us a message and we will exchange it for the correct size as long as it's not been used.


Q - My T shirt has a slight fade or a white mark!

A - This is due to Sublimation printing process for our all over designs. No t shirt lays perfectly flat so it can cause some of the print to not lay down fully in a tiny area. We routinely check these so each t shirt is industry standard before sending them out to you.


Q -I havent recieved a dispatch email!

A - The system we use does not offer a dispatch email service but if you got a confirmation email from us and/or paypal imediately after you ordered you'll know we have recieved your order and will get working on it straight away!
